SELF-HELP BOOKS WANTED
SelfHelpBooks.com is both an "on-line" or "virtual" bookstore committed to mental health and a worldwide publisher seeking the latest problem-focused, self-help books.

We do NOT publish textbooks or books directed toward a professional-technical audience. Rather as publishers we seek two kinds of popular books:

  1. those written by mental health professionals specifically for the general public to help them cope with problems of living (such as: How to Assert Yourself, How to Make Up, Dealing with Loss, Kicking the Tobacco Habit, etc.), and

  2. those written by people who have successfully coped with adversity. [These are personal experiences usually of non-mental health professionals who adaptively coped with a problem and share the experience by writing about it (such as: Single Again & Doing Well, Staying Off the Sauce, You Can Stop Being Abused - I Did, etc.)]

PREVIOUSLY-PUBLISHED, OUT-OF-PRINT BOOKS

SelfHelpBooks.com also accepts previously-published, out-of-print books. For such books you will need to provide documentation that you own the copyright and that all publishing rights have reverted back to you. If you do not know if the publishing rights have reverted back to you, you can send a Letter to Publisher (See sample letter) and request that the Publishing Rights (See sample form) revert back to you. Yes, your classic book(s) can have a new life and new readers on the worldwide Internet through SelfHelpBooks.com.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BOOK OR MANUSCRIPT
